About us

A family-run care team, built for the long haul.

Roses Healthcare was founded in Northampton by nurses and family carers who had seen home care done both brilliantly and badly. We started Roses to build the version we wished had been there for our own families — steady, honest, and quietly excellent.

What we believe

Six values, held every visit.

Person before process

Every plan starts with a life, not a form. We adapt to the person we serve — every time.

Continuity as care

Small teams, familiar faces. The strongest predictor of good outcomes is the same carer at the door.

Radical transparency

You see every visit, every note, every rating. Nothing hidden, nothing polished for show.

Regulation as a floor

CQC is a starting line, not a finish. We audit ourselves harder than any inspector.

Carers first

Fair pay, real training, sensible rotas. Well-cared-for carers give better care.

Dignity in detail

A warm towel. A cup made the right way. The small things are the whole thing.

The quality framework

How we hold ourselves to account.

Every visit photographed

Book-on selfie, book-off photo, GPS-verified — a permanent record for family and regulator.

Weekly care plan reviews

Every client's plan is reviewed by a coordinator every seven days. Drift is caught early.

Monthly quality audits

Registered Manager audits five random visits per carer per month. Findings shared with the whole team.

Family rating on every visit

A one-tap rating and comment goes straight to the Registered Manager. Anything below a 4 gets a same-day call.

Annual mock CQC inspection

An independent former CQC inspector reviews us every year. Their report is on file for any family to read.
